sick feeling after leg workout

whenever ive done a leg training session at the gym, i always endup feeling sick for most of the morning after, this never happens the day after ive worked my upper body though.

anyone else ever had this
 
My old training partner spilled his guts all over my dashboard on the way home after a good leg workout once
That was in my Skyline I used to love that car.
It was fucking peas and carrots too.......
Moral of the story,don't have peas and carrots before workout.Have something with more sustainance.
I've had a few lumps pop up and been lighter shades of pale, I dont know how many times.
Mainly on leg days but have had a few back workouts.............Bent over BB rows

What's a typical preworkout meal for you Mr Andy?
 
usually 120g of oats with 2 tspoons olive oil or just 200g pasta, maybe this is to much and to soon before, i comsume about 1 and a half -2 hours before workout.
 
If you are not getting pukish feeling after leg day that means you are not pushing yourself hard enough.All of us get sick from time to time on leg day.The olive oil might cause you to feel pukish,lay off it on leg day .
 
Good thread. I used to get nauseous too after leg workouts. I'm betting you squat pretty heavy. The body sometimes reacts to the physical stress of heavy lifting by releasing excess stomach acids which eventually makes you sick or at least nauseous. IMO, It's usually a leg workout that causes nausea because the torso/abdomen bears much of the stress. Since you're eating two hours prior to the workout, you can probably alleviate the nausea by keeping a bottle of tums in your gym bag. That will soak of both the excess stomach acid and any residual olive oil. Try it and let us if it works for you. Always does for me. ;)

yes i do, as me only doing leg workouts once a week, i give them a real battering, my legs are totally pumped to the point of explosion after every workout.

i love the pain of leg days, i know im a sicko i know lol dunno why i just do
