Take a chicken/turkey breast... cut it into something like 4cm x 4cm cubes...

Dry it a little with some paper

put a pan into the stove over high heat, at its max

leave the pan warm up for 2 minutes

then throw the chicken pieces into and add some black pepper if you like it

if you want can add a teaspoon of olive oil

when you see the Maillard reaction has happened (the dark brown crust... made by the fusion of some sugars and aminoacids around 220 C) leave it cookin for around a minute, then turn it... Take a piece and make a cut into it to check its doneness... cook it the less you can... when you see the pink just disappeared , is done... You ll have a juicy chicken breast...

throw in some lemon juice and or some orange wedges and or soy sauce, and the supersalt made with 90% sea salt and 10% Monosodium Glutamate... and what ever you wanna...

Practice with cooking time and you ll change your bodybuilding life...
 
Fact: i ate some high end Wagyu beef in NYC chez Nusret #saltbae... I spent something like 700$ with my girlfriend... i can proudly say that i prefer that fuckin juicy breast chicken dressed with oranges black pepper and super salt for something like 2 fuckin $$
