Side Effect That Is Never Posted!!! Stretch Marks!! Hey, Guys Need Some Of Your Opinions. Went To The Gym Yesterday And Did Legs, I Have Skipped Legs For Years Being Naturally Thick Below The Belt, After Doing Squats I Went Home To Find Two Thin Lines On Each Shoulder, Like Racing Stripes About 3 Inches Long. Purple/red
THEY ARE ON THE TOP OF THE SHOULDER.

Are These Strectch Marks Or Possible Broken Blood Vessels From The Weight Of The Bar?

Anytime I put lots of pressure on my traps I get these dark red lines running along them. Specifically from doing standing calf raises. They look nasty but go away in a day or two.

no bro those ARE NOT stretch marks. I get those everytime i squat. IO get little red lines on top of my shoulders. That is just from the heavy weight sitting on top of your shoulders while squatting. It goes away in like a day man. Chill.

THey'll be gone in a couple days as they said. It is right where the seam is on your shirt and the weight pinches down hard enough to cause a little damage, thats it. That would have to be the worst excuse to avoid leg day though.

Hey bros, I get red marks especially in the armpit. It seems that the skin gets really thin and it stays red. Assuming stretch mark, been there a few weeks. Does Vit E work to alleviate this. Any suggestions?

sounds like blood blisters (burst blood vessels) to me

stretchmarks are a very valid side though...i got some years ago and i hate the damn things. its the reason i dont work bis and tris together

back in the day years ago my arms were 13 inches i was very young, laugh all you want) and after a workout would pump to 15.5. its a hell of a jump. now i have little lightning bolts along my biceps

dont talk about the ones on my chest. they make me sad

I also get the blood blister type bruises while Im not fond of them they go in a few days. Stretch marks are permament but alot of the lads in the gym use retin-A cream and say it helps, Im lucky to have not got any. Buff Diddy mmmmmmm camel toe ;)

I dont know but i love when i get those bruises on my back. Its kind of a mark and a reminder to myself that i worked hard. I mean your bound to get some bruising when you displace 500+ lbs over a few square inches were the metal meets the meat.

i wouldnt worry to much about it
