Having very poor experience with order also… submitted order yesterday , items were confirmed in stock and I paid immediately without delay - 12 hours later told items were actually not in stock and they are not offering any reasonable solutions that wont cause me to lose money over. @SigmaAudley China Peptide .. how do I contact you?

It’s not complaining, it’s holding you accountable to the shipping issues by letting other members know what’s going on.

So they aren’t supposed to let people know it’s taking you over a month to get orders correct but they should just believe that a private message to you is going to take care of things? Makes sense

Asking people to keep issues in private is sketchy as fuck at best

sounds like he tried to handle the problem privately and the sales people were helpful up until they took his money.

had he not brought it up in this thread how would he know to send a private message here as you just instructed?

i think his complaint is 100% valid.
