Idk man I'm not familiar with that one, all I know is that it's humalog 50/50 is a mixture of rapid and intermediate-acting insulin.
So would it be a mixture of humalog and insulin regular, like humilin R? That would seem silly and hard to control. I feel it would be easier to one or the other for timing carbs

Not regular insulin—Humalog 50/50 is 100% insulin lispro, but half of it has protamine added to extend its duration.

Mixes are def harder to manage overall. I’d stick to 100% of a single insulin type.
