I just bought 100 grams, any of ya'll know how to cut it accurately?

I am not apposed to suspension but would rather do capsules

Well, the problem with caps is your stuck with a single amount. But if you want to cap you need a cap em quick. You weight out your filler. I have so many different powders from purebulk like vitamin c, creatine and so on. I find whichever powder is about the same grain/same density and use that as filler. Weigh your empty capsule. Let's say it's a gram. Gonna use some insane weights just for ease, lol. Now fill it with filler. You'll need to pack it down. I take my cap em quick and drop it over and over again from about an inch off the table to get it to pack down. Fuck, I ain't gonna lie. I'm a little drunk right now. It's my day off so sorry bout any type o's. Now you subtract the weight of the empty cap from the weight of the full cap. That's how much product your capsule holds. So let's say 1 gram empty 10 grams full. 9 grams is the total weight of product. That will include active ingredient (viagra) and filler (creatine). Now let's say you want 1 gram of viagra per capsule. That will be 1 gram active ingredient and 8 grams filler. Let's say your machine makes 100 capsules at a time. You'll multiply your one capsule weights by 100. Now you have 100 grams viagra for the 100 capsules and 800 grams filler. I'll put the 100 grams active ingredient in a bowl. Add the equal amount of filler to whatever is in the bowl. Now take a thin card like a library card and flip the powder over and over as you spin the bowl a quarter turn every so often. Do that a few times. It's mixed. Make sure when you flip you get under all product hence the thin card. Now you add same amount of filler again and do the same. First time was 100 grams on top of 100 grams which makes 200 grams. So add 200 grams of filler on top of the 200 grams in the bowl and flip and spin. Then 400 grams on top of the 400 grams and so on. You don't have to be exact. Just eye ball. Once all of your product is mixed the scoop mixed product onto the cap machine and scrape the product in to the pills. Do the dropping method to sift/pack the product and then add more until the product doesn't pack any more. Pretty much it. Sorry if I forgot anything. I am anebreated.

Back to the suspension option, what are other mixes beside PEG and Everclear? I have some RC I ordered and it's obviously not EC. I'm looking to brew some and looking at all the options including the chemistry class above.

And can this be made into a solution without using chemicals that would dilute it, remove paint or kill roaches, or is suspension the safe limit?

Ora plus or just an oil of your choosing equals suspension. Not sure about a solution. I have calis so I could only find out what calis dissolves in. The capping method gets easier and easier, but like I said, your stuck with that dose. With most Orals dosage is relative. Most people's can only handle or prefer a particular dosage which may not be the same as everyone else.

There is actually flavoured suspensions you can get. They are premixed and all you have to do is mix the raw in. Oral Suspensions & Vehicles - Products

Maybe that will make it easier for you.

Iam making my own tablets, sildenafil too. Sildenafil work faster and not so long time , if you are using capsules. Tablets are better , but is necesary to have pillpress machine, good mixing machine etc.

WTF are you talking about? Like any home brewer is going to go out and spend 3-10k on a pill press so they can make tabs at home you loony toon lol

capsules are the way to go. You get a capper from any health food place with empty gel caps for under a couple hundred and you are good to go. Ive used the humco solution stuff before and its super easy.

lmfao @ a pill press. Id rather spend that money on buying bottles

I have received good info and feel confident with doing capsules or suspension.

I will do suspension first just to.make sure the raws are legit, once verified I will buy the cap m quick and do capsules. I just can't believe how many capsules I will be able to make for such a small investment. I can make almost a thousand for what some ugl charge for 50 capsules

Well, keep in mind a suspension is a thick liquid in which your product "suspends" in animation for a limited time. The thicker the liquid the harder it will be to evenly disperse, but will hold its suspension longer. What your talking about with the peg and everclear is a "solution" in which the active ingredient dissolves completely and is evenly dispersed throughout the liquid permanently.

You are correct, it will be a solution and not a suspension.

I've done a bit of dabbling so far with CIA just to see what/how it works. Using a bit of propylene glycol (No peg at the moment) and everclear, well, fuck that! I'd rather drink Brake Clean. It doesn't fully dissolve but does make a decent suspension, and will take the hair off your tonsils. Seeing a couple references to straight GSO "sounded" good, but that experiment was disastrous. The CIA made no attempt to dissolve in the GSO and you couldn't keep it suspended long enough to dose if you used a blender. A bit of heat made no difference. There's some bogus information out there! I'm not against trying the oral suspension products offered above, but testing some of the formulae listed on the net have proven bogus - unless PEG really makes a huge difference over prop. Still, everclear is some highly nasty shit as a carrier! I'd like to know what carrier Ironmag RC uses...
