Sitting on my BUTT

Question...maybe this is a retarded question...but I've always wondered..

I have to sit on my ass all day here at work...is that gonna make me fatter? I workout after work most everyday, if I don't workout...I do something like box, bike, whatever. And I eat well. But I am still wondering if sitting on my ass all day is going to delay my results. Especially in my lower body. What do you think??

Yep. It's true. Just like if your car sits too long the tires get flat spots on them. Then when you drive the car it goes, "thbbb thbbb thbbb".

My advice would be to ensure you have a good chain and posture. A deflated ass cheek is nothing to screw around with.
 
try sitting on one of those hemeroid pillows. There is a phenomena known as bus driver butt, but I believe it applies mostly to people who lead sedentary lifestyles outside of work.
