Lowest levels of endogenous gh are between the hours of awakening and late afternoon. Therefore, If I were to split a 12 iu dose it would be:

1.) As soon as I awoke
2.) Between 11-12 pm (lunch time), little carbs in that meal.
3.) Pre workout

This is what i've been doing... I used to do it all before bed, but felt lethargic as shit in the AM for some reason.
