Sleep quality troubleshooting on a test-only cycle

I know the topic of sleep while on cycle has been talked about ad nauseam, but I'm struggling and want to give as much context as possible to help work towards resolution. About 1 month ago, I was taking 130mg/week of test C. Bloodwork below. I then jumped my dosing up to 240mg/week and am about a month in since making that change.

E2 was in the 50s at the 130mg/week dosing but the only high E2 symptoms that I have are early waking (bed by 11pm, waking at 4am or earlier) or intermittently waking up in middle of night. No spicy nips or any of the other more common symptoms.

My sleep quality has been terrible for a couple weeks now. This past Wednesday, I took 0.25mg of anastrozole to see if that would help in case it was E2 related but no impact that I've noticed.

I'm running out of options to try to get my sleep back on track. The way I see it, I can:
1) Ride it out for another couple weeks to see if my body is just adjusting and needs to get back to homeostasis and my sleep quality improves by itself
2) Reduce my test dosage
3) Increase AI use

Any advice or guidance? Poor quality sleep as a tradeoff for high-test benefits is not feeling great so far.

Thanks in advance.

When I was on test e at the start I was having sleep trouble also I also didn’t take any AI cause I was dumb but I got over it around 2 months in

If you ride it out people usually adjust. I definitely can get away with less sleep while on testosterone but I also take buspirone to calm down before bed.

I'd stop looking at it like a "sleep issue" and more of a nervous system issue. What can you do to calm down before bed? Stay off your phone? Deep breathing? Dont watch sports before bed? Read a book? Have you had any physical touch for oxytocin release for the day?

Framing it this way helps me get to the root cause instead of just....cant sleep....decrease test, increase XYZ. Idk. It helped me.

Sleep actually gets good with e2 slightly above noraml range. If it is too low(too low for you) trouble falling asleep is common - i for example have worse sleep at e2 at like 30-40 than when it is 50-80. the same when it gets really high(many women during menopause have sleeping problems). Whenever i pop AI even 0.25mg of adex, i have trouble falling asleep for 1 night like 2 days after taking it.
