Sleep with HGH

3iu a day, one hour before bed. Been doing it two weeks now and seen no sleep improvement.

Is usual to take a while to kick in?
There’s no guarantee GH will improve sleep - some people actually end up sleeping worse. That’s why a lot of folks move their shots to the morning. I was sleeping better on 2iu than I did on 3.2. Dropped down to 2.75 and it’s like my sleep finally forgave me. Honestly, GH and sleep are like a weird relationship - sometimes it clicks, sometimes it ghosts you for no reason. Just gotta see how the cards fall.

Oh gosh. Ok.

I’m entering a cut soon. Will 2-2.5 IU be ok or is 3 better? I’m doing 3.3 as I get 10iu bottles.
 
at higher doses it really hurts my sleep. Oddly enough it didn't use to be that way, but the last 6 months or so, it has.
 
I had the worse night sleep last night. Can’t make it up.
Try dropping to 2-2.5iu for a few days and see if your sleep improves. If not, either switch to morning shots or split the dose - 1.5iu in the morning and 1.5iu before bed. Sleep is one of the most important factors overall - for both recovery and growth, so if GH is interfering, it’s definitely worth adjusting.
 
I started with taking CJC/IPA pre-bed for a couple months and noticed a notable improvement in sleep quality. Switched to real HGH about two months ago and have titrated up to 3.2 IU pre-bed and have started to notice a decrease in sleep quality. I'm going to try backing down to 2.5IU and maybe split into the morning. Seems like a good bit of tinker can be needed at times to get dialed.

What’s that? Peptide? I can’t be doing with splitting the dose. Unless you use the same syringe? Just swab it with an alcohol wipe?
 
Not Growth but when I was taking MK667 in the morning because I didn't know any better I would be lethargic and starving to death. Started taking it at night after reading more which I should have done first....

I feel it had some positive benefits for me at the time but honestly I had a lot going on at the time so take that with a grain of salt.

If funds and availability allow I'll start running growth this summer.
