Sleep with HGH

It’s literally 5.6 x cheaper.

Southern Ghost HGH - £230 for 120 IU = £1.75 per IU

China HGH - £100 for 320 IU = £0.31 per IU

Yes, tested by Jano.

Still, nope. I don't know who tf is Southern Ghost but here is a more representative sample of Chinese hGH: link

Your source is cheap but no where near 5x cheaper

I started with taking CJC/IPA pre-bed for a couple months and noticed a notable improvement in sleep quality. Switched to real HGH about two months ago and have titrated up to 3.2 IU pre-bed and have started to notice a decrease in sleep quality. I'm going to try backing down to 2.5IU and maybe split into the morning. Seems like a good bit of tinker can be needed at times to get dialed.
Are you taking melatonin? At higher doses melatonin has shown to increase IGF-1, nevermind the wild dreams you get on it. Theanine is another solid natural sleep aid that's worked for me. Maybe get a peptide like DSIP, although depending on where you order from it could take awhile to arrive, which won't help if you're in prep.

The guys that said GH is finicky as fuck when it comes to sleep are spot on. It's like all the hormones we take when it comes to variation of individual responses. It seems it can also change for an individual at a moments notice, as well as be dose dependant - as @Anat suggested, less can sometimes be more regarding impact on sleep. You just gotta see where you are on that spectrum through trial and error.

I think I mentioned this a week ago in another thread so apologies if I'm repeating myself. I have always sucked at sleep and just winding down at night takes a long time for me. I'm currently taking an 8iu bolus before bed -along with melatonin and the occasional gabapentin I get prescribed due to nerve damage during a surgery. What I've noticed with the GH is I don't necessarily fall asleep any faster and my sleep is often broken up but I have noticed I wake up feeling more rested than when I don't take it. The only conclusion I've been able to draw from this is that the GH has improved the quality of the sleep I do get, which I'm assuming is improved rem sleep.

Anyway, I hope that helps a little. Nothing worse than not being able to sleep. If you haven't used melatonin yet I strongly recommend it. If you do use it don't be afraid to go up in dose. It's already produced by the brain and is extremely safe even at super high doses. Just be wary of hangover if you go too high too fast.

I would not use the same syringe for different peptides if I were you. Especially GH. Those Amino Acid chains are incredibly fragile.

I never got on board with those word salad rants.

No proof it happens and good evidence it doesn't → people have been getting good results with peptide blends since forever.

I routinely mix GH and LR3, and when I'm running TB & BPC they're in there too (not all 4 but various combinations). Doing this with the injector pen has been a game changer in peptides for me.

Both melatonin and theanine have sleep claims.

For melatonin, physiological replacement is ~0.3 mg but the claims extend up to 3 mg (maybe even 10, I forget).

Theanine is 200 mg.

But tbh the best thing you can do is CBT-i, the only thing that's been shown to improve sleep quality long-term. It's basically sleep hygiene that you actually have to do. It's not a pill.
