SLU-PP-332: Bioavailability and the True Minimum Effective Dose

I wanted to open a discussion on this peptide because frankly, I’m starting to feel like the standard dosing protocols are completely off. I’ve got a bottle of 100 tabs at 250mcg sitting here and I’ve been running 750mcg daily split into morning fasted, pre-workout, and pre-bed doses; originally I thought I was getting some endurance benefits and maybe looking a bit drier, but after listening to a bunch of podcasts and seeing the debates on other boards, I’m wondering if I’ve just placeboed myself into thinking this micro-dose is actually doing something.

The more I dig into the anecdotal logs and the breakdowns of the rodent data on YouTube, the more it looks like oral bioavailability for this stuff is basically garbage. The consensus seems to be that if the oral version worked well at these low doses, they wouldn't have bothered developing SLU-PP-915 specifically to fix the absorption issues; plus, when you look at the math from the animal studies where they used massive doses, the human equivalent comes out to something crazy...

So I’m looking for some real world feedback before I decide whether to just toss this bottle in the trash or down the rest of it in a week. For those of you who have actually felt this stuff working, what was your minimum effective dose that made a noticeable difference; are you guys actually getting results from oral administration at these low doses or is everyone just parroting the vendor marketing? I’d love to hear if anyone has pushed the dosage higher and what the actual sweet spot is.

Aye I was looking into it recently and from what I've read it's useless in oral form. Would love to hear what the brains have to say about it.

The highest I ever went was 80 mg per day 40mg in the morning and 40mg before training, I was in a pretty aggressive calorie deficit at the time so I can’t really say if it was effective at that dose, it seemed like my cardio capacity was a little bit better, but also in the same aspect, I was a cardio machine so it could’ve been that I was just getting used to the cardio, I took this 80 mg per day for three or four months so I took it for plenty long. I noticed increased RHR and also I sweated buckets when I did cardio, but then again it could’ve been just because I was dumping all I had into my cardio at the time , so for me I think it’s a lackluster compound and I see how some guys that are taking the injectable form might be getting something out of it, but for me, I was not impressed,

Damn, 80mg a day? That puts things into perspective fast. I’m over here debating if I should bump up to a few milligrams, and you were blasting over 100x my dosage and still found it underwhelming.

That basically confirms my suspicion that if you didn't get profound effects at that dosage, my 750mcg protocol is effectively a sugar pill. The RHR increase and the sweating buckets suggest you were getting some systemic effect which aligns with the metabolic mechanism, but if the actual performance boost was barely indistinguishable from just regular cardio adaptation, then the oral bioavailability really must be the bottleneck here.

Honestly it feels almost impossible to distinguish if it has an actual effect or not, especially if you are taking other compounds. There isn't really any reliable and applicable way to isolate the effect of it unless you take literally nothing but SLU, which most of us won't even bother doing especially on a cut.
