I use to take a pipe and roll-up a 3ft rope with a 10lb plate , do that 10-15 times x 3 sets , your forearms will be hard as rock....~Ogh

I had to use light weight for a while but my grip strength got better and my forearms got bigger. Hammer curls and reverse preachers helped a ton as well. But some folks just don't have Popeye's genetics.
