Smart scales

Weights are typically accurate as well as BMI. They use an electrical current to measure impedance through your body. Highly inaccurate and not much use if you care for bodyfat percentages. You could get a dexa scan then immediately jump on your scale and use that as a "calibration" number. The up and down swings in bodyfat are typically so-so in accuracy but using a dexa scan as calibration would allow you to see decent changes in body comp data

The more muscle you have on the more iffy they start to get though. I also have a 9% body fat change depending on how dry my feet are.. lol. I need to soak my calluses for a few mins before measuring..
