I wasnt a believer but since I have tried I use it when needed..
Havent tried that one but have used Obsidian and just bought some Wards

I bought a bottle of smelling salts off of Amazon and it did help me focus some more before my heavier sets. I ended up liking it a lot and have been meaning to buy more. I think a lot of it was in my head but who cares if it helped me lift an extra rep or two then that's good enough for me. Especially bc of how cheap it is..
