so now when i get my blood work back;if high E is causing my blood pressure to rise and short of breath while exerting myself(which they say is blood pressure) and red face ;would i take the arimdex that the Dr. suggests or Dim.? and i would want to counter act it as fast as possible.
also the dr. wrote me a scrpit for enanthate ,he said some patients have less sides.

I did Arimidex 1/2 of a one mg. pill everyday for one month to get my E2 down fast I started feeling better in less then 3 weeks. I us Indolplex/DIM to keep it down Arimidex is to strong to keep it in check.

If the doctor is telling you to take arimidex, then that is what you should take. That is a tested, proven pharmeceutical with results that he can predict, whereas very little is known about DIM in comparison. After your E2 subsides, then maybe you can talk to your doc about DIM.

You read me wrong I am on Indolplex/DIM as per my Dr. He feels it is a wonder drug. Yet it ones Dr. tells them to take one thing and that person does something different they why evern see the Dr. I never do anything with out my Dr.'s blessing.

I'm sorry Phil, I was directing that comment towards wrathe. My understanding was that his doctor was telling him to take arimidex, but he was considering DIM instead. I simply meant that he was better off following his doctor's protocol. I didn't mean to imply that DIM doesn't work or that you were mistaken for taking it. From your posts that I've read, it sounds like DIM is a good choice for you and that your doctor knows what he's doing. Take care. :)

all i want to to is avoid a E crash by using arimidex to much or too long!
i have not even got my blood back yet but if my E is high ; dont think my Dr, ever heard of dim.

Here at this link you can get a small book about it.

If your Dr. gives you arimidex there are a number of ways to take it for the first month. I did 1/2 half of a one mg. pill everyday then went down to 1/4 of a pill every 5 days to keep it down. But I still went to low this is why I asked my Dr. about using Indoplex/DIM he went to this site and told me to try it and then told his wife who is also a Dr. and she was having trouble and started on it and it made her better. So my Dr. feels this is a wonder drug.

I wouldn't rely on this article from the character who calls himself "Cy Willson". He has a history of giving very bad advice, and the posted article is no exception. I found so many errors in the first minute of reading it I closed the link.

But thank you for the effort, PM.

At the time I was found to have very high E2 and my Dr. did not know what to give me. That link did give my Dr. some ideas as to what would bring down my E2. There was not much out there at the time to read on lowering E2 in men. My Dr. after reading it started me on Arimidex. I had been telling him to try it but he kept telling me it is not FDA approved for men.
Being a retired Engineer I have found in life not to believe any thing I hear and only half of what I see. All the same reading it got me and my Dr. started.

Regarding the t-nation link...I'd be interested in Swale's opinion, if you could get by the hokey beginning and skip down to the meat of it- analyzing all the current drugs used in AI and Anti-E's. I thought it was informative from a novice p.o.v.

Thx for the link.
