Are his tests permissable? Seems like most people dismissed his tests on Mission caber as unprofessional or not satisfactory. If simec isn't taking compounds for testing, is jano a good alternative?

in terms of mission caber, they resent it to me to try again. Going to take it a couple of times and see if its still the same sides. If so, then imo his tests are permissible.

I'd be very happy to know what exactly was the issue with my testing on Mission caber - no sign of cabergoline was detected, simple as that. The manufacturer admitted that there are issues only after being publicly confronted.
The method used for testing cabergoline in a pill was public and properly validated before.
The defensive arguments used by Mission were - we test our raws, but not caber, but here, check this stuff we had tested and then the wondering if HPLC can even detect the caber even if it 'only 0.5mg per pill.' The limit of detection of cabergoline is about 0.05mcg per ml.

I'm not really sure what peoples problem were with your testing. Thats pretty much what I'm asking; if someone can explain the bad rap that you got. Everything seemed legit and above board to me but Mission had people believing that your testing isn't reliable and I just wondered if anyone had any more info. You're stateside right?

Well, the reason for that is easy to guess.
I'm not saying my service is perfect, but that clearly was not a case of me failing to do my job properly.

If Simec is not taking anymore from USA it has to do something with DEA, anybody else doing testing for USA black market might be in trouble too, sooner or later.
I think the official word is that EU law changed, I don't think it was a change stateside. Unless the DEA has jurisdiction overseas, I honestly don't know. Jano seems cool though. I have no problem with him being the go-to based on what I've seen so far.

DEA, FBI or whatever they fly all over the world and arrest people with the help of local authorities all the time. Not the the first time they bring some drug lord from Mexico, Columbia to USA. They even arrested people who did not commit crime in USA.
