So...You really wanna be HUGE?

I dont know about you guys ...but being that massive and rioded and drugged up sounds like a very shitty life to live - you couldnt even have good sex longer then 5 minutes because you wouldnt be able to breath ....id say anything past 250lbs would make your life get shitty / depends on how tall you are but any average height guy like 5'9 to 6'2 being over 250lbs your life would be of pore quality /..unless thats all you want to do with ur life

Yeah....I think that's exactly the point he was going for, it should sound shitty to you. You're a hobbyist. When you're passionate about something, fulfilling that passion is never going to be a shitty life. And if youre not passionate about being huge, you wont ever have to worry about getting big enough to negatively affect your quality of life anyway, cause it sure as fuck won't happen by mistake.

If BB is an addiction and the GYM the cocaine, we need more of that form of addiction, since the societal and health benefits alone are remarkable. From a health perspective, compared to the lifestyle dependent illnesses I see on a DAILY BASIS, shit, bring it on, NO BRING IT ON!

This shit talk is making me wonder. I'm only 220 and I take at least 3 massive shits a day. I'd probably never get off the pot if I was 270.

Like Stretch said, you ain't getting that big by mistake, hell most nattys ain't getting as big as a so-called "hobbyiest".

What's scary to me is that in 2013, 5'-10ish 220-230ish and 8%ish bodyfat is considered a hobbiest.

I don't want what I said to misconstrued as a negative statement. I wasn't saying hobbyist like a dirty word....I'm no pro....I'm a hobbyist.

Nah bro I didn;t take it that way. What you said is true. Most don't compete, and most of those that do, certainly aren't pros. I do have respect for guys that walk the earth like dinosaurs, because I at least have an idea of what they do to get there and maintain it.

To each their own, but if your NOT a pro, I don't see any upsides in having to live like that. It's not like your getting paid, and the lifestyle is hard enough on us serious hobbyists. That's just my opinion, and opinions are like assholes...everybody's got one.

Those who want it badly enough will find a way to get there. Most people don't want it that badly - they just don't realize it yet. (Not that there's anything wrong with that.)

Instead, they spend several years living a delusion that it's about the drugs. The secret is not the drugs - it's everything else. (But there is something wrong with this.)

I know where this guy is coming from, I ripped my favorite tanktop putting it on today. Damn this getting huge. The tank top is irreplaceable, limited print release by an artist. Really threw me off my game today.

I'm also slightly joking but it is getting to the point where I may need to buy new clothes. :D

If a Pro works out 2hrs a session,
2X/day, and a Hobbyist 1-2hrs a day,
3X/week, what is the person who works out
15min a day a few times a week

Do I know anyone like that??? Of course not, that's
just being crazy now :o

I consider myself more of a dabbler..
dabblist ..
I even joined a gym once..
Yup, I even went for a whole week :drooling:

People say my before pictures
look better than my after ones :)

Agreed. Unless someone has the genetics to make an entire career out of bodybuilding, I honestly have never understood why people have a desire to get absolutely gi-fucking-normous. The Controlled Labs rep 'Kane' is has the physique I am attempting to obtain. Guy is 5'11" and only weighs something like 185-190 lbs to boot.

I can't wrap my mind around why Joe Blow that's an Engineer for a living aspires to be 280 @ 7% body fat and walk around with 22" arms. Almost none of them ever achieve it, but why that's their goal to begin with boggles me. Different strokes for different folks, I suppose.

Damn, that chick in that last
pic is shredded :drooling:

It all comes down to diet...
when it comes down to it
that is

Seriously though, you wanna lift
light weight more reps but eat like
a... what eats alot of food? .... A hog?
either the animal or the human hog...
Your going to grow...
You let your body know there are plenty
of calories to not only survive, but also to build
new mass, then it has no problem doing so..

You wanna cut, then don't eat.. well, maybe some food
but make sure you get in the sauce to help hold
that muscle and just cut the shit out of calories..
eat some good fat, vitamins, protein, and if you want,
just fuck the carbs.. throw them all out during this phase..

Just hook up an IV bag filled with Tren, Mast, and EQ, and
replace the bag, as soon as it's empty, and cardio like a madman...
Super set back to back until you pass out, then continue
upon awakening... Drop set like a rabid Dogo on Cheque Drops ..
Then get really serious about it...

OK, time to put my advice to work on myself and
really get crazy with this morning workout...
O shit wait, someone left 255 on the bar.. I better get
these 35 plates off.. Much better..
Fuck, I just remembered I have this thing at 1015 and still
have to take a shower... I better just hit abs today..
7 Min abs baby..let's get to it

Sugar Kane

Now, let me check out this
Little guy's workout ...

Train insane with Kane, yea OK.

I'm already bustin out 15-17 min 3X/ week..
I mean really, how much more intensity can the
Human body take ...
I did 2 sets the other day back to back with less than
3 min rest in between..
I felt a mild burn, within my muscles...
I thought I was about to have to call 411 ...

His Formula? Genes, hard work, and discipline??? Really?
You think they forgot to mention, one other
Secret, that most likely Trumps all those others

It's a good question. Maybe so many just want to be be bigger simply because they can't look like Kane? Seriously.

It would seem that his physique would be more achievable for most especially with AAS. Yet few of the steroid users in the gym look like him. It may be easier for them to pack on extra LBM than to admit the difficulties of achieving that level of conditioning.

Of course, it's also possible that that type of physique may not be their goal. But given a choice of looking like they do or looking like Kane, it's hard to believe they wouldn't choose the latter. Most women certainly would. But all power to bodybuilders who are in the gym doing it for themselves rather than to satisfy someone else.

Kane has some serious genetics. I saw his band workout on YouTube awhile back. His discipline is excellent and not realistic for people with lives.

Moderation is key isn't it? I see some guys in the gym that will NEVER look like the Rock..even with tons of gear. That's the genetics part..we have to be honest with ourselves sometimes and say...this is the best it's going to get...and be happy with that.

The Rock has genetics.
Kane... besides the muscle shape
which may be better or worse
in others... has low body fat..

Bruce Lee had low body fat.
Clarence Bass had.. still does I believe... low body fat..

It's obviously harder to munch on bean sprouts
all day like Bruce Lee did, than it is the eat real food
like Americans were born and raised to..

You take Kane down to a real southern BBQ
with a full live cow BBQin on the grill... nah, I don't
think they cook it live. wouldn't put it past them though....
Anyway, you take him to a real MAN's BBQ, and they
might feel bad for him, cause he's so skinny.. might
wanna give up their portions to him...
Not sure they would do that either, but they would
be generous enough to want to get some meat on the
guy's bones..

Am I jealous of his body? Hell yea
Do I have a point? ... Do I ever?

I wonder what the biggest
Kane ever was ...
Was he 230 bulk, then cut
down to whatever he is now...
That seems like it would be easier than
coming up smaller and packing on lean weight..

AND .. How much Tren does he
really use during a given week

You know this is the guy Cambridge scientists
are baffled by...
I wanna know what that magic pill/product is..
He gotta give it up already..
He's just being greedy keeping it all for himself..
and that big 400lb monster with the little head and no neck.. :(

On what Millard said, For me, being endo/meso body type leaning more towards endo, it's easier for me to bulk up to 240 (which is as big as I can reasonably get) and keep bf around 12%. To cut real lean, which I've only been sub 8% once, with my body type, even with a moderate amount of gear, I was under 200.

I love to train and I've always trained more sports performance like always concentrating on the big 4 lifts and power cleans. I like to include sprints and strongman type stuff too.

I'm not naturally ripped and I've been told by most that I look better heavier. I agree and performance wise I can lift heavier, run faster and overall perform better at everything with a little water and fat on me. Not a gut or anything, but not detailed abs either.

I was thinking about Kane this morning...I was eating a Belgian Waffle covered in syrup, pecans and bananas...hey its Mother's Day!

As far as how much Tren he uses...I assumed he was using 100% Controlled Labs products?
