Source Check POTG "Var"

It's just what I was taught along the way. "Time off" should equal "time on plus pct". So if I do a 12 week cycle, followed by a 3 week pct, I'd then be off for 15 weeks. If I did a 12 week cycle, and then cruised, I'd hop back on 12 weeks after coming off.

Fortunately for me, I am naturally big enough without the juice that I don't feel like I have to stay on non-stop. I use to get accused of running gear before I did, which probably makes it easier to deal with being off.

I also don't run mega doses, so my size and strength swings are not as dramatic as it would be for some guys.

In all honesty though, if I did lose a lot when I was off gear, I am sure I'd be more likely to stay on more frequently.

I have nothing bad to say about anybody who does it differently, as in my opinion, so much of this is a guessing game anyways, as there is a serious void in reliable, long term studies to tell us how to do this "the right way".

I'm thinking about coming off for 3-4 months out of the year. That I can live with but I don't like the cycle/PCT method. To me you're taking 6 steps forward and 12 steps back after you come off.

I guess regardless TRT for life is a possibility, but it seems much more likely for blast/cruise. I plan on using for quite some time, but I personally don't think I want to pin up until the day I die. Not to mention the shutdown, adrenal burnout, and sterilization that seems to happen more with blast/cruise.

Also there are plenty of guys who would argue your last point if you run reasonable cycles and PCT. not trying to ruffle feathers, just discussing

I don't know man, do you really think it's 6 forward and 12 back? I'd say maybe the opposite would be more accurate - 12 forward and 6 back. IMO, if you're losing everything you gained during your cycle, you're not doing the things between cycles you need to do to keep some of your gains.

As far as deciding how much time to stay on and off, you're perspective is different at 24 years old than it would be at say, 35 years old with kids. But that's just natural - we all change our priorities and mindset as we get older and have more peeps relying on us.

Oh yeah I've been anally raped here for talking the way i talk by all the vets... I've been walking funny ever since I made that thread. Lol

I learned this way as well, but to my understating you said you did short esters for 18 months to 2 years so were you then off gear for 2 years? Seems like it would suck

Yeah I hear ya. No I wouldn't lose anything. Just it helps me stay on track and keep my mindset. Sometimes life takes a really big shit on you and AAS has given me a chunk of my dignity back. I went from laying in a recliner with no use of my right arm, months of slow recovery and PT to full on weight training days and hitting my first cycle which sent me off to a better place lol.

Haha I'm still a noob on both this forum and to gear in general so it's not my place to call anyone out or say it's right or wrong, I just like to hear everyone's side and cross that with my own research.

Believe me when I say this. Don't do what i do if you want kids or a life with a woman. 9 out of 10 times she's not going to put up with needles and illegal shit in the house. And if you want kids there's a good chance that first cycle can be your last... that goes without saying. I like what I do. I'm growing like a weed, I change up the compounds every 8-12 weeks and I'm doing pretty good.

Haha No, no, no... over the course of 18 months to 2 years, I cycled on and off.

So like, Jan to March I was on, April to July I was off, August to October on, November to January off, etc. I hope that clears it up!

Ok yeah that makes things a lot more clear. I figured that's what you meant, but you never know.

That's a smarter approach to this. Those two -three months allow for a receptor clean out. I know that's a myth but definitely something to think about just for the sake of saving money for a person on a budget...

Btw I gave blood on Sunday... I didn't have to squeeze anything that shit came out like fire hydrant. I was expecting sludge or thick blood lol....

I'm starting to believe lower doses long term produce the results without the dramatic strength and size gains that are lost if you miss a meal... I hate that shit. I miss one carb meal or if I don't carb up enough I'm done lol... can't function. God bless your naturally big. I am too but I come from a family of 300lb and over with the strength of 20 men... me on the other hand?? I was born tall with a thin build lol...not nearly as strong either. But to me the strength part is all mental.

Yeah from the studying I've done on em they seem like a good one. Heard they send off all their raws to be tested so I don't see why their Anavar would be any different. I'm jus interested in hearing from personal experiences
Not to be a Negative Nancy, but, remember almost all sources these days say they send off their raws to be tested. I could fake one just as easily as any.

This is kind of off topic but in regards to the testing, it doesn't look like SIMEC testing reports on the site. The format doesn't look like what is posted my AnabolicLab.

Some of the testing reports look familiar though... I don't really want to say who comes to mind in case I'm incorrect but I thought I'd throw this out there since I saw SIMEC mentioned.

I do like that they have testing reports for raws but I agree with Wunder that they also don't mean much lol.

So how the hell do u get a member ship from this guy ? I tried emailing the membership thing but after reading this threads sounds like he won't respond

It's really hit or miss. Either you need a referral from a current member or hope he lets you in. If he hasn't responded then he prob won't.
