Good points. Standards are definitely improving and it is frankly amazing how easily people forget how recently some of these improvements have been made... if they are aware at all. As you see in last few pages many of these inprovements already taken for granted. I get your point though and appreciate your thoughtful analysis.

I have been consistent since the beginning as an outsider with absolutely no financial conflict of interest. Actually out of pocket quite a few thousand on this idiotic hobby.

Bottom line:
Support margins that allow better testing, improved intermittent impurity surveillance, quality hardware, better brewing methods, etc., etc.

For fun go back to 2023 and see how many folks were using GCMS to characterize raws/oils or out Chinese oil resellers.

Highly doubt it. I’ve ordered before, and for a few reasons I’m about 98% sure it’s not him. Won’t get into the details, but let’s just say the cooking is cleaner, the setup looks better, and the overall vibe feels different.

That said… who knows. Axle might have posted in this thread at some point, and if someone really wanted to play detective, they could probably connect a few dots. Or maybe not. Just saying.

Honestly, you’re not wrong. The forum feels quieter, fewer interesting characters, and the same recycled questions popping up every day. I mostly log in now for a laugh and to drop the occasional conspiracy theory for entertainment.
