Yeah I've never seen comp mean anything other than free so I was giving you a hard time because I'm a ball buster.
Like when a meal is comped, or a room in Vegas or Atlantic City is comped after you blow a bunch of money like a moron at one of the tables. Not that I would know or anything.

I had commented something to the effect I miss all the good sales and mentioned how my shitty former employer stopped paying everybody for a month then closed up shop recently. Wasn't even replying to spider he just happened to reply and never expected him to offer what he did. That said, I have always been the type of guy to help others out when I am able so I felt like this was a nod from the universe and graciously accepted.
