i find my self doing it all the time lol! In the 30 seconds of rest I sort of walk in a circle looking about the gym any one else do it haha?.

but come on a hell of a lot of people do it you see people just start walking about during rest periods even if it's just 4 steps then back again haha.
You just answered your own question. There's nothing funny about this observation on normal human behaviour

It was not a post to depict the funny side of behaviour of the human population it was a post to see what different people do..

I walk 4 steps to the closest stool then 4 steps back when it's my set again does that count?
Yes it does haha I don't no why but it's natural I think it's like somewhere in the back of are minds we don't want to be seen just standing still in the gym lol!

Don't think that's my issue I'll set a 5min alarm and lay down with my eyes shit in the squat rack if I'm working a heavy day
You must have trained this kid camping out on a bench press station today. Had to have been 5/6 minutes in between his sets.

^^^^^ Agreed. After moving over to PL training I have found the length of my workout increased and time in between sets as well. Different for me but I like it a lot right now:)

I do it sometimes, then I catch myself pacing at times too...I get in the zone and I'm not thinking about that...I told my wife a few weeks ago that sometimes I'm in deep thought about my workout and that it may appear that I'm staring across the gym but I honestly couldn't tell you who's standing over there..;-) I never saw that woman across the gym, I swear.lol
