1) Are you REALLY training like a champ?
Reason i ask is i can tell your not squatting or doing any disgustingly difficult lower body work. What the hell does that have to do with it? Those that say fuck legs in general, are lazy bastards and lack the fortitude to really push their bodies and souls to break thru to new levels.
Your not training hard enough, often enough or fast enough.
Your first statement reflects it all

2)Get on a real program. Not brobullshit. Need help ill give you a few suggestions. But you will be doing legs 2x a week minimum if im going to lend a hand
3)Are you keeping a workout notepad?
4)A diet notepad?
5) how much rest per night?


I have actually walked past the squat rack before. ;) This wasn't even after a workout. I jad just walked in from work and was playing around for the wife. I was almost impressed with my legs so I made her take a pic.

Nice legs there, is it just the photo or does it look like the calves are a lot more modest than the quads?

I've got 25" quads and 16" calves. My quads arent nearly as separated as yours. :-(

24 and 15 for me. Those are unflexed measurements. My right calf is 1/2" smaller than my left. I broke both bones in my right leg just above the ankle and never did any rehab. I'm unsure if I should work the right ine more now to get it up to size or not so I just do the same on both.
