spirulina..

I've been taking it for years. About a tablespoon a day. I kind of use it as a multivitamin because it's so full of micronurients but more natural. At first it tasted nasty to me and now i actually crave it believe it or not. Also an unexpected bonus was after taking it for a few weeks I had a significant libido boost. I could have had a deficiency before that though, not sure.

How do you make yours? I used to make mine with tongkat powder, chlorella, green tea powder and vanilla coconut milk. Green monster. I got away from it. It probably would not hurt to restart it.
 
That sounds good. I do 4 or 5 leaves of kale, 1 tbsp spirulina, 2 bananas, 1 scoop protein powder, a little stevia, water and ice in the blender.
