Split pct daily dose or all at once?

do you guys take the clomid and nolva all at once of you split the doses through the day?

But did you split you dose of clomid and nolva through the day or just take like 100 clomid in morning and 40 nolva. Or 50 in morning with 20 and the rest in evening... Thanks for reply

after my cycle I ran my pct for 4 weeks an i just took all the pills at once an made sure I ate something after foreal
