Yes sir! I hear you its a balancing act to be sure! Have you ever seen the shoulder horn? Its a brace kinda thing specifically for training rotator cuffs I don't know if there still around but very good.

I noticed the chest acne but here is a shoulder horn, ive never used one but I would like to know if it has helped any of you guys now that its been mentioned.

Hey senior dnoyez been a min since I have talked to you, hope things are good man! Like I mention my old roommate/training partner (god I miss having a training partner!) ordered one when he tweaked his shoulder and loved it!

Do you only use this thing to warm up or are you supposed to wear it the whole time your training?

Warmup or off days from what I have seen.Could not imagine training with one.

Yeah it would restrict you from doing certain exercises for sure.... Warming up the rotator cuff is very important IMO so if this really helps that I would get it... I do those exercises he is doing without this device and they work great..

Yeah I have been trying to make it a habbit to warm up the rotators as well before my pressing.Im not sure if I would user the device myself.

LOL yes wear it when you bench, squat, dead lift and most important when you play wack a mole in your pants! No guys its for rehab and strengthening your rotator cuff. My roommate fucked his shoulder skiing and used it at the house, bought some light dumbbells and rehabbed his shoulder.

I always warm up with rotator cuff exercises even on pull days... I do 3 different exercises and 5 sets of each... Then I hit the speed bag for 10 min which also helps to warm up the rotator... One exercise I do is the one shown in the photo... My shoulder used to click and now it doesn't anymore from doing these exercises. You should definitely make a habit of it.

Better to be safe then sorry, the last thing you want is to damage your RC and be out of the gym for a few months... It's better to think about it now before something happens instead of waiting till you get injured

Yes sir!!! like I said he got it because of an injure and I used it cause I had the same click as you in my left shoulder. This time around before I started training hard I used a preacher bench to stabilize my arm and did the same movement as in the photo and so far shoulders are doing great!

I still get that click in my left shoulder when I do military presses or wide grip pull downs. I started warming up my rotator cuff a while back and I don't feel the pain any more, but my shoulder still clicks when I lift. You said yours went away, were you stretching it everyday or just when you were lifting when the rotator cuff was involved?

hey joe, how much weight would he use on this thing? I'm suffering from some shoulder clicking and am totally going to get one of these.

Speaking of this, i have been having some front delt pain on my right shoulder, I noticed it when I woke up this morning.... Just great, it's scary how easily the shoulder can be injured... It might be time to invest in this device.....

I did some light weight side and front laterals to warm it up and get it moving on top of my normal rotator cuff routine. I got through the workout ok, but i skipped the OHP, unfortunately... I didn't want to aggravate it, it's not the first time this has happened and it usually goes away relatively quickly... But my shoulder does not click anymore, so stick to the warm ups guys.....
