Splitting HGH Doses vs Large Shot

I take all mine pre bed as well. Steve, Kurt, Dean, John, etc. state it doesn't matter. The only ones who debate it at this point would be random gym bro/coach and Todd Lee.

Nah, i've heard many pros splitting the dose even if its 8IU. On the other hand most of them use insulin too, their diet is 100% perfect and they stay very lean the entire year, this is not the case for most of us gymbros, so between the 3-5% better lipolysis vs the smaller chances to become insulin resistant from doing a bolus dose instead of more frequent shots, i chose the latter one.

Just my personal thoughts though, i can't say there's wrong or right here.

Split dosage increased my BG big time Vs bolus dose before bed.

Not worth it for me at all. Bolus dose before bed forever
 
Same here. I read a study on morning doses having a longer insulin resistance effect.
Because you eat on it and that prolong/enhance the insulin resistant effect.

However it's better a bolus dose in the morning compared to split dosage, so if you can't stand before bed bolus (sleep getting fucked up) it's still better to do a bolus in the morning than splitting dosages.

I'm taking 5iu's a night at the moment.

I actually don't eat breakfast on work days, so a morning dose works perfect in my case, but tracking A1C I never really saw an issue either ways.
 
As I recall, years ago, when studying children with GHD, they determined that growth rate was not affected by whether HGH was taken once per day, split into multiple doses per day, or taken every other day (such as MWF), although side effects, such as BG elevation, were reduced with less frequent, larger doses. So nice to see that confirmed again here.
 
Buddy if you want something for fat loss, take something with greater lipolytic effect and don't waste your money on HGH. You can use clen, yohimbine, ephedrine, mirabegron, cardarine, a GLP of course etc.

Never tried to split the dose btw and i don't think I'll ever do. Just take the full dose IMO and let it do the work.
hgh makes a big difference in keeping me lean while bulking

Probably shoot it before bed I guess.
I do a 10iu bolus before bed now and from everything I've read the GH pulse still occurs by the time you're awake and at the gym doing fasted cardio. On occasion I will wake up early and take an additional 5iu IM shot then go back to sleep for a couple hrs before going in for heavy fasted cardio. Basically I mix it up on occasion but the nightly bolus has really worked wonders to my physique.
 
Apparently it takes 3-4 hours for gh levels to peak after sub q administration. Therefore, depending on how far you take it pre fasted cardio etc, who knows how much of a specific response you are getting from the directly prior administration vs the one before bed. I think total amount is what is most important along with considering potential for your gh's effect on your bg and the temporary insulin resistance if consuming a lot of carbs.
would the whole dosage pre bed be hypothethically better to avoid insulin issues then?
 
I just had my wife grab my Bolus, and it’s fucking amazing those fat loss numbers after 6 months at only 7iu max, only three nights a week (in that anti aging protocol section.). Tempted to try something similar, maybe 4 nights a week, save a little loot and minimize some insulin resistance.

I’m going to try this out. I might run 10 iu for like a 6 week stretch. Only have a limited amount so I need to make sure I can get it to last.
