went to sleep last nite around 930- it was cool, but by no means cold. got up this morning at 0430, and it was fuckin comin down like no other. the truck barely made it to the armory- i was all over the road. that week of 60 degree weather was a tease! this always happens though! i should learn to not get my hopes up. its all good- in a week ill be on the beaches of acapulco bay :D
 
i'm happy about the snow. my ski season sucked this year because of single digit temps for a good part of the winter. well if not single digits, atleast the low teens. planning on hitting the slopes in PA or upstate NY tomorrow :) .

hate to be the odd man out...but i like snow.

Joe, where Upstate were you thinking? Gore or Whiteface, or did you mean down in the Catskills? Being from further north, I consider the Catskills to be downstate.

Or if you wanted, you could head to VT to Sugarbush or others in that general area.
 
was thinking about either Windham in NY, or camelback in PA.

gore is too far for a one day trip...so is VT.

Is Windham the one near...Kingston? Not a bad trip, probably just over an hour for ya.
 
Boston sux balls. We've just been getting used to some nice weather and now "supposedly" we are getting up to a foot tonight. WTF.
If they paid $70k for starting computer jobs in FL, I would be there right now.
Should money really keep someone living somewhere where they dont want to?
 
Money's not everything bro. In another year or two, Jewel and I will be moving somewhere a little more temperate.

we only got 2-3 inches but very near me got a lot more. Just squeaked by. I love snow but have had enough for the year. Time for motorcycle weather
 
first snowflakes comin down right now and our president cancelled night classes....which is practically unprecedented here.....i dont think that asshole has cancelled classes since like 99 or 2000 during the blizzard we had. School in downtown Boston means we have about 400 plows everywhere, so u can't even tell its snowing out

i lived there for six months a year ago
did the Walt Disney College Program, best 6 months of my life. Banged tons of girls, partied my ass off, met tons of friends, and actually learned a lot from the company.
All I gotta say is once you live in that weather for some period of time you are spoiled and just want to go back
 
bob...its not too far from kingston. close to hunter mt ski area. believe it or not, its about 2.5 hours from me. nwe york traffic and all.

Boston traffic sucks too. I lived there for 3 months. Good times to be had, but hated driving downtown.
