i have been squatting for over four years now and i can't seem to get that strong. I am 6ft 4in and i started squating with a wider stance a yr ago to help this out. i do squats in different order on my leg days but i can't get that strong. When i start to go to failure w/ heavy weight i have a tendency to lean forward. I tried looking up but my shoulders seem to lean forward anyways. Any ideas? i usually do anywhere from 3-5 sets going up to a weight i can only do 4 reps with.
