Sr9009 injectable waterbased?

I want to inject sr9009 subq and want to make a waterbased solution. Someone experience with it? Or does it need to be oil based?

I did tried capsule bought from NewSarms. It went really well for me, with a dosage 30 mg day… 10 mg doses 4-5 hours apart
