Stacking Calculator/estimates

Hi. Has anyone worked out a formula/calculator that estimates a stack compared to a monotherapy?
For example: 1mg tirz/.25sema stack = 2.5 tirz or 1mg Sema. Any help would be appreciated!

I was hoping more research has happened regarding efficacy (maybe receptor binding affinity?) in stack vs monotherapy. Once upon a time there were a few screenshots floating around of equivalence between GLP1 and GLP/GIP based on dose (during shortages) and another one of binding receptor affinity by incretin mimetic. I'm stacked and nothing has worked better for me than Sema/Tirz. I don't need to know all the details on why, but if for any reason I would need to un-stack, I would like a smooth transition. If no calculation for something like this exists, no big deal.
