Stalker turned Member: Advice?

I'm a long time stalker of Meso.

My husband decided he wanted to jump on the roid train and I've never done anything in my life without trying to research the hell out of it and making sure I know everything I can.
I wanted to make sure he wasn't going to die on me

So anyway. After stalking for a long time and my husband going through his cycles I decided I wanted to jump on the train too. I hate feeling left out.

I guess I'm looking at where to start. My husband was advised by his cousin who is an IFBB pro bb, but when I was asking for advice for me he came up short as he didn't have experience and didn't want to give bad advice.

I don't want to lose weight, I was about 115-117 when I started weightlifting and now I am 130.5. My lifts have not been going up for quite some time. I would really like to put on some muscle!
I am 25, 5"1, 130.5lbs, and want to be able to crack skulls between my legs! Haha

I have a great understanding that Var seems to be the great way to get your feet wet. So I have thought about that route. I have this mentality of go big or go home so I'm trying to calm myself here.
What would you suggest as a great way to get started in the gear world?

I train 5-6 days a week.
Chest
Bis/tris
Legs
Shoulders
Back/bis
Hams/abs
Sometimes cardio on the weekend, sometimes not. I hate cardio!
I follow the IIFYM lifestyle and my macros are 2058 calories: 113g protein, 55g fat, 279g carbs.

I love feeling strong. I have never really been into aesthetics until recently. Fuck how I little my waist can be. I want to bench press a bear!

Excuse my enthusiasm :)

Any guidance and great wisdom from the well versed would be appreciated.

This is music to my ears!!! (bold underlined) He deserves a pat on the back not trying to pretend he knows females and guide you in the wrong direction, then you coming here looking for help as things went wrong.

Welcome! From your stats, 5'1 and 130lbs sounds like you have put on good size. Any idea what your body fat is at currently?

And I'm glad you aren't after losing weight as AAS are definitely not for that. You will definitely add muscle and get some "thickness" and definition with the right diet and training.

For your training, I think incorporating cardio will help with maintaining your cardiovascular endurance as well as body fat in check. Even if you do low intensity cardio after your workouts or first thing in the morning.

Diet, for what you are wanting it sounds as if you may benefit more from having your protein higher at 130g per day and your good fats at 60g with the rest being carbs. I would also make sure you are in between the 1900-2000 cals per day for your size and age.

As for supplementation, yes I think var is a good starting point given you can get good legit var. Ensure you test it to verify that it actually is var. You can get a labmax or roidtest to verify the compound for around 20 bucks I believe.

Once you have that, start slow. Females are able to run up to 20mg a day but doesn't mean you start there. Some start as low as 5mg or 10mg and stay there for a couple weeks before increasing the dose to assess the sides. If you aren't experiencing any undesirable effects of it after say, 2 weeks then you can increase the dose. For your first time, do a quick run of 8 weeks of it to get a feel for it. If you come across sides you do not like, either reduce the dose or stop all together. After that, take a break as long as your run was (time on = time off) and then start up again if you wish.

Hope that helps! :)

Hey @GirlNamedGoose ! I'm no expert, but I do have experience with Anavar. This past year I ran two cycles. The first, I started at 5mg/day for a week then bumped it up to 10mg/day (5mg, 2x/day) for the remaining 5 weeks. At this dose, I had great strength gains and was able to pack on a few lbs of lean muscle. My sides were bloating, oily skin/mild acne, increased sex drive (wahoo;)), & mild aggression. The second cycle, I ran for 8 wks. Started at 10mg (2x/day) for about two days & then I jumped the gun and bumped it up to 15mg/day. My first dose of the day I'd take 10mg and the second I did 5mg. At this dose, my sides were similar but a tad worse. I also had some hair loss near my temples and my voice began to crack. My strength was great, but I can't say that I saw better results with higher dosing.. and the added sides weren't pleasant. My voice began cracking around 6 wks & I really should've called it quits then, but I'm stubborn:oops: We're all different of course, and some women can handle more/less. Just thought I'd share a little of my experience. Hope it helps!

:)

roidtest does not distinguish anavar/wisntrol , it might show underdoesed winstrol as anavar, it is total crap

you need the labmax anavar UV test, or labmax anavar purity test

labmax.ca/proddetail.php?prod=anavar_semi_quantitative_test

Your really going to enjoy this forum, there is so much info on here and a lot of good people with great knowledge, oh yeah, their is your odd asshole that dont know shit even tho he clams to have done everything:confused: stay away from them

You seem neat and you also said you want to bench press a bear unfortunately as the resident bear I'd advice against it we squirm.

As for getting stronger your training style is a typical bro splitige and isn't the best for building strength and general femme fatale lethal strength prowlness which from my poor reading comprehension abilities is what you want?

As for safety always labmax your gear things don't go so well for females when it's not what it says it is. GG is our resident female gear head and she's a good one to listen to (except on boys because I'm not her favourite and that's silly).

I'm liking your style and approach to dieting IIFYM is the best by far I'd dabble up to 125g-135g protein when you hope on cycle but you are at a perfect amount for not being on cycle.

Remember barbell is king and machines are devils taking up time from what should be your one true love and that's the barbell (mines named Barbra :D)

I definitely won't act like I've got all of the knowledge in the world, but I've liked my split for how long I've been doing it.

Again, it's a split that was designed for me by an IFBB pro bb.

If you've got a better split I'd love to hear it. I'm always open minded

Well since the only pro card I hold isn't relivant I'm not going to speak as if I know everything either and I'm not trying to attack it but from reading the OP strength was the goal and that's best built through multi day full body splits not muscle splits. If you are happy with your training then that's what really matters unless you were going into an actual strength competition then just do whatever makes you happy and eager to go

Awe... I always liked you. I love teddy bears! Just don't want you to go too soft on us and I gotta keep throwing challenges back at ya! All for love! Although you have helped me too... remember, with my tush issue and the bands. I'm a proud owner of several of those suckers [emoji6]

So I am pretty sure I am going to try Anadrol.

That being said, I just wanted to share something funny. So my husband gets his gear and shows it to me and I'm curious and start researching this "brand" that his cousin got him. All I could find was people saying pretty shitty stuff about it.

I just thought it was humorous since his cousin didn't want him to get shit. I could very well have just not done enough research but when the first 25 or so posts you read about it are knocking it....

I too read up on Anadrol & may use it in the future. My husband gave me a hard time when mentioning it & said I'd blow up  I told him he needs to do more research lol. Definitely keep us posted- would love to hear about your experience if you go that path!

And ugh.. hope your husband's gear isn't bunk:eek: Sounds like his cousin sucks!!

His cousin got it locally through a source he knows but it took him 4 months to get it to my husband!

Now my husband has been texting back and forth with him discussing my plans and trying to get me to not do it. I hate being told what I should do and not do. It always just makes me want to do it more! haha
