The standard dosage for treating vitamin B12 deficiency is generally 100 mcg intramuscularly or deep subcutaneously once a day for 6 to 7 days, followed by a maintenance dose of 100 mcg every 3 to 4 days for 2 to 3 weeks, then a monthly dose of 100 to 1000 mcg. all in MCT with cheap Amazon Chinese needles. To be honest, I'm kind of scared to push to hard and break off a needle in my ass.
You really holding a pin in your butt (or wherever) for 2-5 minutes??
I can neither confirm or deny and "pin in my butt" for 2-5 minutes took place, could take place, or will take place in the future. Lol

don’t stick it all the way in leave a quarter out so if it breaks can pull it out, only happened to me once with a 30g because I was piercing the vial rubber and than my skin same needle, I don’t do that anymore

FYI FDA has been following a long list of "accidents" related to Chinese needles and syringes, starting with a few recalls, which became a huge list over a few years, and finally advised everyone stop using Chinese syringes from any manufacturer.

Syringe manufacturers have been opening new plants in the US as a result,

I'm looking at nipro and BD needles now.

And don't tell me the Chinese 3ml barrels are going to cause my penis to shrink due to microplastics! I'm hoping to be an OF superstar. lol

Nah, just in the brain, spleen, liver, causing microemboli and blockages, finally confirmed via autopsies after being long suspected,

But at least they're not accumulating in your penis, blocking blood flow in micro vessels, creating scar tissue, and irreversibly reducing erection quality year after year.

oops...

Well, those are people who live in filthy polluted areas, since >1um particles are nearly impossible to pass through the digestive system, they're inhaling it from living next to busy highways and factory smokestacks.

Luckily most of us live in much less polluted areas. You'd literally have to make a slurry of that shit and inject it to get anywhere near those levels of >1um foreign particles clogging up your organs.

:)

I bent a 3mL syringe BD needle yesterday pushing 2mL of Primo VG. Never happened before. Likely my fault for using such a small gauge.

I'm feeling better and better about 23g pins. Always smooth and you don't have to push the plunger very hard.

Combine with the dart injection technique and the whole process is painless & takes less than a minute.

So you have no issues using your index finger to push the plunger down?

Sometimes I use a needle guide auto-injector (yeah, yeah, call me a pussy - I’ll be over here enjoying my stress-free injections). But honestly, it’s quick, precise, and idiot-proof, perfect for those who don’t get a thrill from jabbing themselves like a pincushion.

Here’s the one I use - feel free to roast me: 90 Super Grip | Union Medico

My next upgrade was gonna be one of those needleless jet injectors (oil goes straight through skin?). Or if that hasn't been invented yet, this thing looks pretty cool.

Did you order via email? Website doesn't seem US-friendly but I'll try.

anyone who has been in the military can tell you needleless injectors have been around for quite awhile, at least 40 yrs since that’s when i went through the needleless gauntlet of vax distro in boot camp.

I ordered through the website, but there’s also a US alternative, and one of their advantages is that they offer multiple syringe attachments for different syringe sizes. If you order from Europe, you only get the one attachment you choose.

Not trying to advertise, but here’s the link for the US auto-injector site: AutoInjector – Painless & Precise Injections Anytime

I think you can also sign up with your email for a 20% discount, which actually makes it cheaper than ordering from Europe.

Yep. When I went through Air Force Basic decades ago they were still using them. When I went through Army Basic in the late 90’s they were not.

Cool video. For anyone interested, the autoinjector mimics the dart injection technique almost exactly. You just use your hand and some arm motion for the latter. Video link.
