Been using Stan’s Lipo-C and really enjoy it . Started with .5ml’s and now up to 1 ml about 30-40 precardio or workout . Gives a great push for the end of the workout . I’ll take it right before gym so when I’m done with warm up it’s GAME ON BITCH’S !!!!
