It was Axle - I was reading through his thread and it looked like he was turning over a new leaf. Figured I’d give it a shot. I’m not big on using websites, so I sent him an email about an order three days ago. He’d already said he was back and taking orders… and then? Radio silence.

Maybe it’s for the best though - felt like the universe was saving me from making a questionable decision. Ended up placing a bigger order with Stan instead, and honestly? No regrets.

I mean, the website works fine and doesn’t require someone to go through possibly hundreds of emails to get an order out. I used the website and had order confirmation email within minutes, an order fulfilled email within 11hrs and an order at my door approx 63 hours after i placed it on the website

I totally get what you’re saying - the website clearly runs smooth and fast. But I’m just more into that direct, human interaction. I know answering every email can take time, but a quick reply within 2–3 days isn’t too much to ask either.

That said, I might give the site a shot next time just to test it out, but for now, I still prefer the old-school email vibe. There’s just something nice about real conversation.
