If you REALLY want to know you can send a sample for GCMS and then run the results through an AI program to determine if the oil breakdown is safe for use. But if it was not exposed to lots of light and heat it's likely fine.

Like rocky said only way to really know is to test it. But I’d probably just draw and squirt some in my hand to see if it smells rancid first. When that vial now would cost ~200$, I’d struggle throwing it away.

If it still sealed and has been in a drawer good chance it’s good - but there’s no guarantee. The real question is the oil, a smell test can help determine if it’s rancid.

I think I’ll smell it and see since that’s the easiest way. I probably won’t use for several months though so hope they don’t go bad. I got 4 of these 14ml vials just sitting there

Those are worth a rent payment for some people. Aside from that if you’re even thinking of putting it in your body and there’s a shred of doubt about safety just send a sample in for GCMS

The color looks the same as I’ve always remembered them. Probably helps that Stan fills the vials all the way to the top. but now I’m starting to consider selling them just due to how much it’s worth now..Since I was originally going to stick to just test only for a good while and have no plan to use add ons for a while

Yeah but asking Stan to reimburse testing for a 3 year old vial would be pushing it. It’s not the product that’s the potential issue. It’s the age.
