You are right i am pinning 200mg on testosterone a week, mostly to maintain normal body function, the trenbolone ace i am pinning 70mg a day. So right about 490~500mg a week. My body is responding nicely to the tren and barely any sides. I will introduce the winstrol by the end of week 8 through 12. To really dry out the gainz. My diet is being tightened down to 1400-1500 cals with one refeed a week. I feel nice progress at this calories and will sweeze if needed. So far down about 5-6lbs but much fuller and strength is nice and up but nothing crazy. Stamina is sick as i can sometimes do 3 muscle groups and eliptical at the end. Progress pic coming up this week.

Damn dude, 1400 kals? Thats what I eat in a meal. That cant be healthy. Are you competing or something?

Not competing just started at a higher than average bf % so gotta knock it down to achieve a leaner look without wasting the tren. Put that bitch in overdrive...
 
Quick update guys, im into week 3 of tren a 70mg a day. I have dropped the cals to 1400 a day and can see noticeable changes in body composition and size. I would be doing a bulking cycle nexf time around on the tren. So far horny as a fuck all the time. Nips are sensitive to cold or hot weather and stand up like razor blades. No lumps or any milking at all just sensitive but i have started the prami at 0.125 a night and see how that goes. Of course hcg is on point and my boys are all up and running. The wife hates me in the sack and can't tolerate the around the clock sessions but i try to stay away from her lolz. So far staying on point although yesterdays training session mentally sucked as i wasnt into it. Still managed a nice chest workout but not mentally into it. Everyone is asking if i am on something.
 
Allright guys finishing up on week 4 today and it is test and tren day for me. I have been going back and forth regarding the addition of winny or up the dose of tren a. Right now i am at 70mg a day of tren A and it is an amazing compound for sure i am tolerating it extremely well. Insomnia is gone, no tren cough, i can still manage about 15mins of actual jogging etc. no gyno just slight sensitivity to temperature changes. My source wants 115 dollars for 60 pills of 20mg of winny. Or should i do 90-100mg of tren and skip the winny. What does meso think plus i am an advocate of less compounds is better.
 
Well it seems i have been out of the log for a little while. Just wanted to update you folks on progress. Current weight in am is 227-230lbs depending on sodium intake. So far i held my dose of tren at 80mg per day, last week upping to 100mg a day. Right then and there started feeling horrible, headaches, bp 146/76 hr 89. My fuse really shortened on this dose and i was fucking paranoid all the fucking time. Lots of arguing with the wife so i brought it back down to 80mg. All is well now. Will be acquiring my winny tabs shortly for these last 4 weeks of the cycle. I havent gotten any mid cycle labs because i am on a very low dose of test and dont have any estro related sides. Size is way up and strenght is great. I am getting such forearms pumps that i cant make a fist for the life of me. Other than that its all good. Looking forward to not injecting daily anymore and will post a progress picture asap. Thanks guys....
 
Ok fellas just delivering a quick progress picture. Diet has not been the greatest as i have cheated a lot. Pic is of this morning around 230lbs. Really this pic doesnt do justice to the changes from when i started this cycle. Let me know what you think so far. This is 8 weeks on tren a. Tomorrow i'll be picking up the winstrol and mix it in with the rest of the gear. Should be a blast.

No doubt about it, i will tighten it these last 4 weeks. I am stoked at the results considering how i started. Will update more once the winny is added
 
Your abs are starting to get visible. You've made good progresss since your first before picture. Why did you decide to run winny instead of var?
 
Var seems like a good choice however i chose against it due to dosing and price. I would need double the amount of var per bottle as compared to winny. However i eill be supplementing with double the amount of fishoil daily about 4000mg's and only clean boiled chicken and fish. Hopefully relieving stress on the liver and not throwing off my ldl too badly. I'll get some labs done at my hospital to confirm ldl values.
 
Allright fellas, final update on this log. You can look back and see the before pictures. Yesterday was my last tren A shot. I injected the last 200mg of test cyp on thursday. Currently finishing the last week on winstrol 40mg a day split into morning and evening dose. I gotta share that i am almost sad to see this cycle end. It's like a part of me is losing a limp, its weird i know but we are here to explore uncharted territory with our bodies. So for those who dont know my cycle it consisted of 200mg test cyp a week with trenbolone acetate 80mg a day and winstrol 40mg a day the last 4 weeks. I ate fairly bulkish on the first 7-8 weeks and tightened down these last 4. Starting weight was a chubby 220~225ish lbs with tons of fat in all the wrong places. Managed to go up to around 230~ ish even though i wasnt trying to bulk but my diet dictated so. Currently sitting at 213.4 lbs this am. Trying to sit at 210 and hold it there until y cycle againwhere i will attempt to clean bulk. I had no interest in max reps or heavy weights and people would stare at me with this size and doing 30lb curls... It was hilarious. Mainly focused on heavy blood flow into the muscle and thats it. Here we go. Questions concern will be gladly answered.
 
Well i gotta tell you, you have definantly made some quality changes in your body. I went back to your before and you def lost a lot of BF.
Good job stang!!! If you can maintain your BF at or close to this till your next cycle, i can just imagine where you'll be !! Big and ripped.
 
Thank you, it was a lot of work and will definitely hold a close grip on my diet and throughout pct. Most importantly keep a close eye on my natty test level as they were not great to begin with. I want to be maybe at 230lbs with this bf or lower. Or at least i hope. For all of those who had little faith in my progress, it CAN be done fellas.
