New here...
First time i am taking ANY serious stuff....(for me anyway!)
I have taken my 'gym-gurus' advice and have devised the following 'in-take' and training routing below!
Objective - to have a physique say like Mathew McCaunghey (I run a lot).....presently 73kg and looking a bit 'soft and pudgy' for my liking!
Have been training 'natrually' for 'fun, health and enjoyment' for about 10 years....this is the ONLY year i will not have work, study to juggle...JUST work and gym....so want to MAXIMISE the time and look the best i have not yet EVER looked!
