first thing i do is hit the gum at 6am
10 minutes bike
20 minutes hiit eliptical
10 minutes hiit treadmill
core n abs everyday
im doing weights three times a week
my stats are 230 lbs sitting at roughly 18 percent bf ill post a pic at the end so u can see where im at
meal 1
8 egg whites 1 whole egg 2 pieces of whole grain toast with natural pb and a bannanna
meal 2 can of tuna with light mayo n mustard n celery on whole wheat bread
meal 3. protein shake with a chicken salad spinach
supper... chicken or lean beef ps i only weat lean beef red meat once a week....usually with a salad or small potato with moderate amount of sour cream
meal 5 ........possibly 20 almonds n some veggies
before bed i usually try to eat a small 3-4 egg white omlette n a nother protein shake
ps i drink 4 litres or more of water.....and about my picture where im starting at please chekc my profile picture i just updated today i couldent figure out how to put it on here tha nks agian guys
