Started some CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

[QUOTE="Demondosage, post: 1206484, member:

I gave the ipamorelin/cjc combo a go, and my blood sugar ran much higher, which is a side effect of hgh and ghrh's. Pretty much a good indicator that the shit is real, [/QUOTE]

Hey no offense DD but I wish it was that simple but it's just not.

For instance there are several drugs that are well known to increase serum BS included are; glucocorticoids, glucagon, epinephrine, GH, some diuretics, antipsychotics and decongestants.

And that's just the short list off the top of my head.

The other problem is BS fluctuates considerably from day to day and minute to minute.

Of course most of the variation is the result of metabolic needs which is easily influenced by diet, physical activity, basal metabolic rate and overall insulin sensitivity.

Thus using side effects to gauge the quality or efficacy of any drug is not at all reliable.

I think I read or seen somewhere that dr Jin, yes jintropin has produced a peg hgh? What benefits if any would this have?

Oh lol ok, yea attaching a variety of compounds to organic biosynthetics can most definitely prolong their half life.

That's primarily bc the degrading enzymes don't have access to their normal cleavage sites.

However pegylation can also limits a drugs effectiveness bc the attachment of such large "macromolecules" can also prohibit binding to active physiologic sites.

I certainly don't believe Jin was doing this bc for GH it's relatively new and requires A LOT of research to determine how these modifications will effect efficacy.

I mean who cares if the half life is prolonged 100 days if the drug in question is no longer biologically active!

I just ordered bpc-157 from bluesky. THAT is the peptide you wanna add to your stack for healing (assuming it's real)

BPC-157 just arrived and I administered my first dose at 250mcg. It will be interesting to see how my injuries react to this, and if it noticeably potentiates my current Ipamorelin/Mod GRF combo.
