starting dnp 2/12

I was going to wait til next week to start my DNP cycle, but I decided I am going to start tomorrow.

I have 60 100mg capsules, and I want to run between a 15-20 day cycle, so dose is going to be about 200-400mg/day

Current weight is 194, I am guessing that I am right around 15% bf

By the end of this cycle I hope to drop about 10lbs, hopefully all of it being fat. considering I have roughly 30lbs of bodyfat, if I can drop that down to about 20, I would have 10% bf and should have some decent cuts.

I am going to florida March 16th and want to look decent for the beach

I am going to run clen and possibly ECA if i get really lethargic from it

besides that just a multivitamin, tribulus, and lots of water.
 
I was hoping to run a 20 day cycle myself...however my Regeant Grade source fell through. I quess I'll have to keep looking under rocks! :D Good luck with your run!
 
200mg down today so far

drinking lots of water, eating pretty clean besides the 2 pieces of pizza i had but thats not even that bad.

not feeling any sides yet, but it has only been 8hrs since i took the first cap

you wont feel anything for a couple of days till it builds up in ur body .... i was running 250mg every 24 hours and the olny difference i noticed was i would break into a sweat faster ..... when i hit around 400- 500mg a day all carbs were evil lol

how long did you run it and what were ur results?

lol i hear that, about 30min after a meal i would sweat so bad youd think i just got done swimming

i was taking it in november, up here in western ny it was about 30degrees then and id still sweat being outside

The way you wrote your post wasn't very understandable

unless you really are taking over a gram of test per week. I think thats just stupid.
 
Today is day 5, I am going to bump the dose up to 400mg

the last few days after I eat I get a heat sensation for a few minutes, nothing major so I am going to try the 400mg.

weight is around 188-191

so 3lbs down in about 4 days


Not feeling any sides really, little hot at night, and slight changes in temperature after i eat carbs.
 
now you should feel it more ... just keep the carbs very light at night ... or you'll sweat ur balls off in bed at night

Weight is around 188-191 lol? Your scale is giving you a range not a precise weight :)

Hehe, anyway keep it up, me I am at only 5.5lbs in 2 week. :( (My bad lot of cheating and close to no training...)
 
I have taken 500mg these past 2 days and man can I feel the heat!!!

I've been driving with my window down in 25 degree weather, and it's comfortable.

gonna take it down to 400mg tomorrow and see how that feels, it's not unbearable, but if I can get the same effect w 400 I will do that.

I'll weigh myself later and see what the scale says.

sorry I haven't posted in a few days.

I ended up running it for 14 days

mostly around 400mg, as I burned hot at 500, and didn't feel much around 200

in 14 days I lost 7lbs, and I still think I have water to lose as well.

my diet wasn't as good as i wanted it to be, but it was interesting to cheat and still get results, those carbs really get you baking
