Starting some Igflr3 only cycle to create more muscle fibers...my question is this.... do you shoot it every other day, only on workout days or ED? Im hearing mixed opinions on this... But my training split is a 3 on 1 off?? It looks like this:
Day 1: chest,tris
Day 2:Bis, back
Day3: Shoulders, Legs
Day:4 OFF
then repeat..... Id be shooting it almost everyday in the muscle trained if i did it on my workout out days...and if I did it every other day It would land on a non workout day?? From your experience or opionions how would you dose this going by my W/O routine?
