starting to finally doubt NAPS

placed an order on 11/12 and havent seen an update on shipping since. also this time its coming from china and not the normal origin im used to seeing. i have placed many orders over the years and the customer service isnt helping. i know it can get held up but its been long as shit. no seizure letter yet. just venting but i always see negative posts about naps and have always had a good experience.

Unless it was seized you will get it. They didn't send you tracking info? If not they have tracking information and will know if it gets to you. I'd give it another week and complain if it doesn't get to you by then.

yes the website tracking says 5 more business days. i know im being impatient but its making me paranoid. i got tracking on the day the origin post accepted it on november 12 but since then it just says "origin post is preparing shipment". naps customer service said its in the U.S. but customs is behind?

Naps is still in business here because you directly tells customers to post a review on Meso for a discount. This leads people to post positive reviews even if they have never ordered from Naps before to get the discount on their first order. The positive (shill) reviews creates the impression that only a small number of orders are messed up and drowns out the negative warnings. Since this is an uncensored board, this will unfortunately continue.
