Starting TRT after a relapse. Best way to get lean?

I doubt anyone remembers me, but I used to post on here a bit. I fuckin' hate reddit and source boards with 50 sponsor ads. Meso is what I like.

So I had about 6 months of pure sobriety before getting back on kratom. I got prescribed opiates and 2005 at age 15, which kicked off a long time oxy->heroin->fent. I won't get into it too far.

I had just done my 2nd cycle during that kratom use. I did:

Weeks 1-4
300 Test E
210 Tren Ace
500 EQ
Weeks 5-8
Test 250 E
Tren A pyramided up to 350 then back down, just to see how I tolerated it
EQ 500

Then decided to end it early (I was done with the tren anyways) so I could focus on getting clean.

Most people can't eat when they're dope sick, but for me I binge eat. On top of not going to the gym I was binging 5k+ calories of garbage a day. I kept most of my size but got fat as hell.

I just did some bloodwork to get legit TRT through trtnation. Bloodwork should be done in a few days then I'll have to see the doctor. I reckon I'll have the TRT in my hand in 2 weeks.

My goals:
I'd like to lean out as much as possible in time to do a decent little summer cycle where I bulk from a lean state. The two cycles I've done I didn't get enough out of them because I dieted too hard and would focus on leaning out, which I should have done in the first place, instead of getting the most out of them eating,

I'm not sure on what I wanna do for the cycle, Maybe just up the test and add a little tren ace. Also looking at NPP if I get lean enough.

I like to diet hard and hit the cardio hard. As a natural this really lowers test and I'd always lose so much size with it. With TRT I reckon this shouldn't be such a problem.

I'm already getting in the habit of logging EVERYTHING I eat so I can get a clear idea of calories and really dial everything in.

I'd appreciate any advice on the optimal way to lean out. Despite the addictions I actually have pretty good willpower. I have a good treadmill at my house so I prefer to do LISS cardio. I'm thinking of doing an hour of fasted cardio first thing in the morning. What are your thoughts on interval fasting? I think that would work out really well for this setup.

Macros? I've been doing 2-3 hours LISS cardio every day anyways. So I think I can take in a decent little bit of carbs and actually utilize them. Maybe:

200protein (800 calories)
200carb (800 calories)
100fat (900 calories)
2500 calories total.

I think 2500cals would be a great amount to start. What about the macros? I think I'm gonna start a log here on meso so everyone can see my diet. It mostly consists of:

Protein: Egg Whites, Chicken THIGH (really prefer it to breast, I'd rather cut back on felt elsewhere), slow cooker pork
Carb: Oatmeal, Rice, been getting into sweet potato
Fats: The chicken thigh and pork
Veggies: Green beans, asparagus, Broccoli, Peppers, Cauliflower

What sort of supplements? Especially for TRT?

Fishoil

I didn't really want to do growth before. But over the past 2 years bodybuilding has really become a focal point of my life. I believe I train and diet hard enough to justify it. I'm also interested in the anti-aging and wellness benefits (I'm only 31, but still). I've been looking at Omitropin and Goodlyfe. Those being the cheapest at $130-$150 a kit. My regular source has them for $170 and $180. I reckon I'd start with 1iu and ramp up to 3iu. I don't plan on doing anything crazy with it. At this point I just don't want to do drugs that fuck with my liver or hair so there's not too many options beyond Test, EQ, GH, and Nand it seems like.

I am not reading any of that but eat a lot of protein, vegetables and fat. lift low sets low reps 4 times a week to prevent muscle and strength loss and go to bed hungry every night and u will be lean eventually

I haven’t watched it yet, but reboots always stink and after seeing promo posters where they added in POCs I figured it wasn’t good.

Embarrassing they fucked it up when a different person literally finished the series and did a faithful job.
 
Stay strong brother... the gym helps me stay clean too!

For leaning out
Test/tren/hgh throw in some Clen 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
Lift heavy and keep doing your cardio and you should lean out quite quickly.

Hgh should be 4-5iu for noticeable fat loss/some muscle gain

For your macros I would do 250pro/150carb/90fat

Green tea is a good natural fat burner maybe add that to your supplements.

Also try dropping the calories 50 per week on your fat loss journey. Looks like you got a good plan. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress
 
Proud of you bro. I to struggled with opiates from 03-2015 myself. They can be real tough thing to come off. The gym is where you need to be, It’s what saved my ass. As more time passes it’ll get much easier. I say cycle whatever you want hit the gym hard and eat.. get it

Good job on kicking the kratom. I struggled for five years with kratom and just could not get off the shit. Took me four times trying to quit and finally I have a little over three months clean of it and lifting like crazy. Lifting has been vital to being free of that. Don't look back man. Keep moving forward and kicking ass. I'm proud of you.

TRT med shipment got delayed, fedex doesn’t have any estimated delivery date. Hoping it updates once the work week starts. Been struggling with the diet a little bit and offsetting it with tons of cardio. I’m on the treadmill right now, 4 hours in so far today. I’m working on changing this behavior. I haven’t binged since I started logging calories, but ate some garbage today.
 
Addicts are often extreme personality people. It can be hard to just work with a reasonable baseline and not go to the extreme with diet, drugs, training, etc.

Why do I say this - don't diet "too hard". Find your maintenance, under cut it, and ease your way down. Don't fall into the trap that many over eager fellas do, especially those with history of addiction.

Aside from that, your macros look a bit on the low side but you didn't mention bodyweight. I'd guess you could likely bump the protein up a bit.

Bro I’m 5 years sober off dope IV and I struggle with everything dude. It’s hard for me to stay on a diet cuz I always give in to my cravings for junk. Bodybuilding saved my life though for sure.

Simply up the cardio but break it into multiple times a day: morning afternoon & evening. You don't need anything else.

Gabapentin is a lifesaver for getting off kratom
