starting trt

So it's been about 8 months since my last cycle and sense then I have had a dramatic decrease in libido. Energy levels have seemed to gone down as well but I can't tell to surely. After weighing in the goods and the bads of trt, I feel as if it's the option for me. I'm going to be starting a trt dose of 200 a week and get my blood checked in a month or two. My previous Bloods wear okay I was definitely at the lower normal range. The doctor would not prescribe me trt on that level so I am self medicating.

200/week is probably going to put you well above the normal range. Not something I would consider for long-term, or at all if I didn't have to be on TRT. I'd first see if I could figure out, with a doc's help of course, if there was a reason for it being borderline low and try to correct it before relying on UGL gear for possibly the rest of your life.

If you're dead-set on self medicating, I'd start at 100/week of test C or E and adjust from there based on bloods.

Perhaps.I won't be running it for long before I get Bloods done just enough to let it sink in and be functioning at its peak. To go up or down from 200 I'm not sure if it would be much to worry for but your suggestion is a better protocol. I'm sure it's just from my previous cycle having long term affects. I was on a 600/600 test e / eq weekly for 6 months and didn't run hcg. Ty for you suggestion kinetic =)

So it's been a few months since I started trt and must say everything feels optimal. Increased energy levels, muscle retention libido etc. I was running 150 a week split into 1 shot every 3 days, at approximately 64 mg of test e. I had noticeable increases in energy and libido but not typical for how I was before cycling. I recently bumped it up to 200 and have been feeling great. I find no reason to go more. Only differently now i have just been dosing once weekly at 200 mg. I am currently dealing with a very early stage of possible gyno. Visually unnoticeable, sensitive/tender to touch and a very minor lump is felt. This isnt the first case I've had with this from previous cycles but first with test only. It has always gone away on its own. I have had these same symptoms before I even ever started cycling at a little bit higher degree. My question is should I be alarmed and blast some letro at it then follow through with nolva? I think ot could possibly be that I'm spiking once weekly so it's causing an estro spike as well. I will also now be splitting my injections for a possible remedy to this.

Splitting your injections won't matter. I've been on once weekly injections for several years with no problem. 100mg/wk is more of a trt dose. You're likely on too high a dose and your e2 is probably getting out of control. Yes you probably do need an AI. You also need to get bloods done but you already know that. Good luck

Just remember more is not always better with Trt, as opposed to a cycle. Its tempting to add just a little bit more...but Health has to be the priority here. I've tipped the higher range of normal testosterone blood levels with only 100mg per week and am now starting to get some Haemocrit issues.Nothing major - but a warning sign.My bloods were totally fine every 6 months clockwork until the last one so never get complacent...
Good luck.
