State claims Wenatchee doctor wrongly prescribed growth hormones

[SIZE=-1]The state says Dr. Kenneth M. Jones, 59, promoted human growth hormones for anti-aging purposes.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=-1]Jones said he didnt do anything wrong.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=-1]He owns and operates Valley Plastic Surgery in Wenatchee and says the state has no guidelines to determine how low someones hormone levels should be before theyre considered deficient, leaving doctors to make their own judgment.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=-1]We use it very conservatively on patients who have a demonstrated need, Jones said in a telephone interview Thursday. Theyre trying to say were using this for anti-aging purposes, and we clearly are not.[/SIZE]
