I don't know what your situation is with Naps, but I find it hard to believe that Naps is trying to rip you off. People can have their reasons for disliking Naps, but you'd be hard pressed to find someone that didn't get their merchandise from Naps without good reason. People can say their gear sucks, or that they take a long time to deliver, or that they once got hacked and people's info got leaked, and they are welcome to their opinions...... but Naps is absolutely excellent at making sure you get your merchandise, so I have some serious doubts about this post. I've used Naps forever and they have always bent over backwards to make sure I got my order, even after it was caught by customs multiple times for the same order.
Did you get a letter from customs? Did you send it to them? What was their response? How about a little more info on the situation? Otherwise, I'm not going to believe for a second that Naps is trying to rip you off. Say what you want about their product, customer service, or whatever, but they DO get your order to you.
