Well an obvious way to spot the scams is if they list amino acids like taurine on the label, or even creatine which they can count as protein.

BTW if you are looking for cheap protein at GNC you are doing it wrong, GNC sells everything not on clearance for crazy high prices most of the time, they rely on their brand recognition and convenience and take advantage of that.
I found a mass builder at Sam's it's 4 pound sack can't remember the name of the top of my head but I remember it was sold by gnu not sure if that matters or not but it's 40 dollars so I'm gonna give that a try.

Inner Armour Mass Peak is sold at GNC, and it was counting amino acids as protein on the label. The fact that it's sold in GNC guarentees nothing.
The whole industry of selling supps is fucked. But why would I go to Wal-Mart to buy protein? That's like going to jiffy lube to buy light bulbs. Like most have said nothing beats real food and I agree. But good info none the less good to see companies still like to cheat the consumers .

Got home to find my wife bought me some body fortress walmart piece of shit protein. That shit always makes me feel sick to my stomach and hate it like no other. Waste of 20 bucks. But sweet of her none the less.
Can you mix it with another protein brand to reduce your stomach distress?

I always stayed away from the body fortress, glad I never tried it now. I was using the ON gold standard but I switched to Dymatize Isolate. The Dymatize is cheaper per serving that is why I switched.

Dymatize isolate is the shit.
Its just a shitty all around protein, Ill most likely toss it. I had the taste and the cheapness of it. She just doesnt know any better, alot of people think all proteins are the same. I prefer whey isolate.
