Stenox

Can anyone tell me a general dosage of Stenox 2.5mg tabs? I was able to find a description on the website here, but it didn't specify. "A common dosage of Stenox is in the range of 20-30 mg which is between 8 and 12 tablets for a 4-6 week cycle." Does that mean 20-30mg/day? Should they all be taken with my Wheaties in the morning, or should I spread them out over the day. It says later in the page not to exceed 30mg/day, but I didn't know if that was the MAX that should be taken, but normal dosage is lower or what. Any help y'all have to offer is great.
