Don't post a lot so figured I'd check in and get some advice.
Current routine:
250 mg/wk test c (pin m/th)
200 mg/wk npp (pin tu/fri - added recently for strength and especially joints)
Goals:
The usual. Shredded, strength. I'd take a bigger dick but can't find a source for that
Hopped on T a few years ago when my natural levels were ~230 in my 20s.
Concerns:
BP, hair loss. I tried fin with npp and didn't do enough research and had bad shedding. Cutting the fin stopped the shedding. Just use minoxidil and nizoral shampoo to manage it now. BP is a tad high at 135/85 (and that's on BP meds - I see a cardiologist for this as high bp runs in the family).
Also have high E sides: bloating especially in the face, brain fog, fatigue, poor sleep.
Latest labs:
Test > 1500 ng/dL (whatever my pcp prescribed from labcorp caps out at that I guess)
Free T: 49 pg/mL
TSH: 1.420
RBC, hematocrit, hemoglobin are all high. I should give blood more.
Other ranges are good though my lipids are slowly creeping up. I'm not (that) fat generally walk around at around ~20%
E2: lab didn't test it going to get that done. pcp won't prescribe it
Other meds:
Just started anastrozole to manage high E2 symptoms will see how that goes and adjust based on symptoms more so than labs. Going to do 0.25 2x a week if i can cut them that small.
Also take fish oil, zinc, vitamin d, multi vitamins, etc
Diet:
Good not great. I track calories, macros. Avoid sugars and rarely drink.
Workouts:
Lift heavy, do martial arts, stationary bike for some added cardio. Generally aim for a workout a day but life happens and my elbows are shit.
Routing changing/questions:
I was thinking of trying mast for a summer shred, but I've heard it can touch hair so I'd rather not risk it. I see primo is recommended as an alternative but not sure how that touches hair?
I also think my test is rather high considering my test dosage?
Anything else people think I should change/add/remove?
